Prices include Managed AI — the AI features run for you, nothing to set up. Bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini) and take $29/mo off any plan: Solo $250, Business $400. Extra seats are $50/user either way.

Prefer to pay yearly? Annual billing is two months free — Solo $2,790, Business $4,290 with Managed AI ($2,500 / $4,000 with your own AI), extra seats $500/yr.

The pricing, plainly.

Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, with full access to everything. A card is required to start, but you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.
What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who logs in — you, your office staff and managers, and each active worker on the tools. Solo covers one person; Business covers up to five; beyond that it's a flat $50/month per extra person.
What happens when I add someone?
Your plan adjusts automatically. Add your second person and you move from Solo to Business; add a sixth and it's +$50/month. You'll see the new price and confirm it before the person is added — no surprises.
Do I lose features on a cheaper plan?
Never. Every feature — quoting, the field app, job costing, pay runs, wholesaler automation, Xero — is on every plan. Price only reflects team size, so a sole trader gets the exact same toolkit as a ten-person crew.
Do I need Xero?
BM Quotes is built to work hand-in-hand with Xero for quotes, invoices, bills and paid-status. You connect your existing Xero account in a couple of taps.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no lock-in contract — cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again. Your data stays yours.
