Everything inside

The whole job, one app.

Fifty-plus features that follow a job from the first quote to the last dollar collected. Every one is on every plan — nothing is locked behind a higher tier.

STAGE 01

Quote & estimate

Price work fast and consistently, in your own numbers — then send it looking like a proper contractor.

Category quote builder
Build a quote by trade and category — quantities priced on your material cost plus labour hours, with per-trade markup applied automatically.
Preset material pricing
Your item prices saved once and pre-filled on every new job. Update them when suppliers move.
Markup, global markup & wastage
Set margin per category or push one figure across all trades, with an offcut/wastage buffer on materials.
Three quote formats
Show the client one line per category, a grouped breakdown, or every itemised line — same price, your call.
Per-line & per-category discounts
Knock a percentage off any line or category — it flows through totals, Xero and your profit.
Callout first-hour pricing
Blend a flat first-hour rate into service quotes without the client ever seeing a separate line.
Inclusions, exclusions & terms
Your standard scope, exclusions and T&Cs saved as a template and dropped onto every quote.
Branded PDF & rate calculator
Your logo on a clean quote PDF, plus a calculator that works out the charge-out rate your business actually needs.
STAGE 02

Win the job

Send it, let the client accept online, and watch it move itself into Xero and onto your board.

Online accept / decline
Email the quote; the client reviews it on a branded page and accepts or declines with one tap — no PDF ping-pong.
Auto-awards the job
An accept marks the job Awarded (a decline marks it Lost) and drops a notification in your inbox.
Auto-push to Xero on send
Sending the quote also creates it in Xero — a draft, or an accepted quote once the client approves. Re-sends update it in place, no duplicates.
Revisions
Revise a declined quote and re-send a fresh link; the whole history is kept.
STAGE 03

Schedule & dispatch

Put the crew where they need to be, and give every job a number the whole business can track.

Calendar scheduling
Allocate workers to jobs and days on a week view; changes push straight to their phones.
Job numbers, statuses & folders
Every job gets a sequential BM number and a status (Quoted → Awarded → In Progress → Complete), filed under the client and searchable across the whole job list.
Quote → service job
Turn a won quote into a service or maintenance job in one step, carrying the client and site across.
Worker invites & roles
Invite your crew and office staff; workers see only their own jobs, owners and managers see everything.
STAGE 04

On the tools

A phone app for the crew that captures the day as it happens — hours, materials, photos, the lot.

Job brief on site
Today's jobs, what needs doing, tap-to-navigate address and tap-to-call client — in the worker's pocket.
Log materials + van stock
Type it or search the catalogue, and flag parts used from van stock so job cost stays honest.
Timesheets & lunch
Workers log hours against the job with a lunch deduction; confirmed hours flow to pay and invoicing.
Site diary & photos
A running site diary and in-app camera, plus photo and document upload from the office — all filed to the right job and day.
Submit variations from site
The sparky flags extra work with an estimate the moment it comes up — before it's forgotten.
Self-dispatch & push alerts
Workers can log themselves to a job or add a day, and get a push notification whenever their schedule changes.
STAGE 05

Track the job

See whether a job is making money while you can still do something about it — not months later.

Live actual-vs-quoted
Labour hours, material cost, labour cost, profit and margin — real numbers against the quote as hours and materials land.
True material spend
Actual wholesaler invoices (plus van-stock parts) replace the estimate, so the profit figure is the real one.
Priced variations into the contract
A field variation becomes a priced VO you send for client sign-off, then it rolls into the contract value and Xero.
Scope growth at a glance
See how much approved variation work has been added on top of the original contract.
STAGE 06

Invoice & get paid

Turn the work that's been logged into an invoice, issue it in Xero, and give the client one tap to pay.

Invoice built from the work
Confirmed hours by grade, logged materials tallied, plus other charges and subbie lines — assembled for you.
AI-tidied scope of works
Turn the crew's rough site notes into a clean, professional scope on the invoice — wording only, never the work.
Approve & send
Issue the invoice in Xero and email the client a branded copy with a pay-online link, your bank details and a PDF — one action.
Revise in place & full records
Every invoice is kept as an exact record; a dispute revises the same Xero invoice in place, no messy re-issue.
Progress claims
Contract value, retention and defects-liability handled for staged jobs, with claims tracked to date.
Half-done drafts & saved client email
A half-built invoice waits for you to come back to it, and the client's email is captured once and reused.
STAGE 07

Pay the crew & subbies

Turn the week's timesheets into a pay run, and get subcontractor bills into Xero the right way, first time.

Weekly pay run
Timesheets grouped by worker into a weekly preview — hours, rate, gross — ready to push, or export to CSV for the bookkeeper.
Subbie bills to Xero, GST-aware
Create a subcontractor bill routed to the right expense account by the subbie's GST status, draft or approved.
Numbered subbie invoices
Each subbie invoice gets a clean sequential number shared by the Xero bill and the emailed copy.
Due dates & paid status
Set and edit a bill's due date from the app, and watch it flip to ✓ Paid once it's reconciled in Xero — no Xero visit.
STAGE 08

Buy materials

Every wholesaler invoice files itself against the right job — no data entry, no shoebox of dockets.

Invoices email themselves in
Give wholesalers one address; their invoices arrive and file to the job by the order number, hands-off.
Reads the PDF for you
Supplier, invoice number and totals are read automatically — credit notes handled, duplicates caught.
Or drag-and-drop
Upload a PDF or counter receipt from any job and it matches the same way.
Review queue for the odd one
Anything without a job number waits in one tidy list for a ten-second confirm — nothing gets lost.
STAGE 09

Never miss a dollar

The app watches for work that's been done but not billed, and nudges you before it slips.

Ready-to-invoice reminders
Flags jobs with logged-but-unbilled work — service jobs done, quoted jobs near complete, or monthly claims due.
Suggested claim figure
Each flag shows roughly what to claim — hours and materials logged — so every month stays in the green.
All in the notifications inbox
Client responses, worker variations, Xero updates and these reminders in one bell — nothing to remember to check.
Set the billing rhythm per job
Mark a job bill-on-completion or monthly progress claim — auto-set by size and overridable — so the right reminder fires at the right time.
STAGE 10

Under the hood

The plumbing that makes the rest quietly work.

Two-way Xero
Quotes, sales invoices, subcontractor bills and paid-status — the accounts stay the system of record, no double entry.
Materials catalogue with AI
Import a supplier price list; it's cleaned up and made searchable for the crew and your quotes.
Installable app, anywhere
Runs on iPhone, Android and desktop from one codebase — office, ute and site, always in sync in the cloud.
A private workspace per business
Each company is a separate, private workspace with its own jobs, crew, catalogue and Xero connection.
Office seats & permissions
Invite managers and project managers with full office access, and scope what each can touch.
Light & dark mode
A light theme for the office and a dark one for the ute at night — one tap to switch.

See it on your own jobs.

Fourteen days free, card required, cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
